Testimonials!

The hypnotherapy sessions did bring some things to light that I may follow up with a therapist. Things I didn’t give much consideration to before that are very significant!! Will keep in touch. Thanks, Paul. I am so grateful to be walking this part of the journey with your help!

Just wanted to thank you again for an amazing and spiritual journey last evening. I felt wonderful and I can’t believe it, but I am breathing in my stomach. I have attended many events and they always talked about how important it is to breath, but no one has ever taught me how to accomplish it. God Bless, and Thanks so much.

After a traumatic experience in an oral surgeon’s chair a few years ago, I was left with great anxiety over any dental work. Prior to that experience, I had little anxiety, at least no more than what I’d call normal. I found a dentist who used nitrous oxide, and for several treatments, I used it! I am a long time hypnotherapist and have helped numerous others with anxieties and other issues. I’ve used self-hypnosis, but this time, I needed someone else to help me out. Paul had plenty of training and experience, and was nearby, so we set an appointment for immediately before some dental work. His technique was traditional, and very effective. When I got to my dental appointment an hour later, I was totally calm – in fact, the dentist said I did better than with the gas! He was skeptical when he heard I had gone the hypnosis route, but was pleasantly impressed (and a bit surprised) that it worked so well. While I was undergoing treatment, whenever any sense of anxiety began, I used the trigger Paul had given to me and immediately, I became calm and relaxed. It is with pleasure and confidence that I recommend Paul DiFranco.
