Perform with Confidence

At times the difference between a good performance and peak performance is self-confidence. Confidence can be the missing ingredient that prevents you from achieving a dream or turning a corner on a problem. Hypnosis excels when a person already has the desire, aptitudes, abilities, or skills but not the self-confidence to take the first step or to not drop out after starting. I have helped athletes excel in diverse venues such as basketball, golf, martial arts and pool. Hypnosis is especially good at fine-tuning focus and reducing distractions. I have also assisted individuals to excel at classroom performance and college entrance exams.

In some instances where the problem isn’t solved by a self-confidence boost alone, regressions and advanced work may be necessary to uncover and remedy blocking or choke points.
